Lebanon has earned a notable spot in the latest international IQ rankings, placing first among Arab countries in the 2026 International IQ Test report.
According to the ranking, Lebanon achieved an average score of 99.13, securing 41st place worldwide.
The report is based on results from 1,212,714 people who took the same online IQ test during 2025, including 1,237 participants from Lebanon.
While online IQ rankings should not be considered a definitive measure of an entire population’s intelligence, the findings have put Lebanon in the spotlight in this particular international assessment.
