For over 20 years, Kababji has been the number one Lebanese restaurant serving modern healthy consumer products to his customers. As people become more and more attentive to the quality of food they are eating and to the nutrient facts present in their menus, Kababji serves taste while still ensuring a healthy lifestyle.
Today, Kababji locates itself in yet another prime location in Lebanon; Damascus main road. It held its opening on Thursday the 23rd of October in a new renovated theme. A modern style Kababji branch now serves both authentic and vegan menus. The opening included a diversified buffet of cold appetizers while the waiters mingled amongst the attendees to offer the hot yummy stuff.
Mr. Elias Khawand, the operations manager, further elaborated on Kababji's service. He confirmed that the key to success was taste, quality, and hygiene. Mrs. Eva Makhlouf, the deputy general manager, also took few minutes to express the passion and dedication that Kababji operates with. She presented the process which they undertake to come up with this proper end user product. From meat, to chicken, to vegetables and pickles, everything is produced and stored in the most refined places ensuring healthy and tasteful meals. Mrs. Sawsan Wazzan also had the chance to discuss the new collaboration between her and Kababji thus creating a challenging diet menu to those who request it.
Finally, Mr. Toufic Khoueiri took the liberty of thanking the team who were supportive and loyal ever since the beginning. Some employees still serve Kababji 20 years to date. He added that without teamwork, dreams wouldn't have come true and he asked his family, his inspiration and support, to approach him, expressing gratitude to his beloved ones.
Kababji Zouk was the first branch to operate in 1993. The mission was to spread the Kababji concept not only in Lebanon, but also abroad; a dream which became reality in 2002. Now Kababji still widens its exposure trying to serve you best at various corners, so don't miss it...
