This occurrence is no longer a big deal in the media industry, it happens on the regular whether it's on the Television, magazines, or online. It's happened so often that it has become a fashion trend to many celebrities.
However, Miss Venezuela had this incident happen whilst striding on the stage competing for the Miss Earth Venezuela Pageant. Her dress decided to betray her and left her with a Nip slip on national Television.
This did not disrupt Zambrano in anyway; in fact, she handled it with elegance and confidence while keeping her cool. She managed to cover up the slip with her hair and tilted herself away from the camera ever so gently.
