The reality television star reveals on her show that she is expecting a girl with her boyfriend Kanye West.
The couple had kept the gender of the child a secret until the show was aired and said that they were buying all white clothing for the baby so people wouldn't guess.
Clearly delighted with the news Kardashian said: "I'm so excited to be having a girl. Who doesn't want a girl?"
Kardashian is due to give birth to the couple's first child this summer.
