Kanye West proposed to Kim Kardashian on Monday - the day she turned 33 - in front of family and friends at San Francisco's AT&T Park, which he rented out for the occasion, E! reports.

Earlier in the night, West was reportedly a presenter at the 2013 Hollywood Film Festival, so his quick flight north to the City by the Bay added to the surprise of his proposal

The proposal comes during marital problems for her mother Kris Jenner, who is separated from Bruce Jenner, and her sister Khloé Kardashian, whose marriage to Lamar Odom
