Oprah's yard sale Saturday in Santa Barbara has brought in $600,000 (so far) for charity, reports People. The talk-show queen decided to also declutter her homes in Hawaii, Illinois (Chicago) and Indiana, selling off furniture, art, and antiques to benefit her girls' leadership academy in South Africa.

The television presenter is a collector of dolls and sold some of the hundreds she has gathered over the years.

"I'm getting rid of some of the dolls because when people come to stay with me, they say that they get scared with all of the dolls, so you wake up and there's like 12 dolls looking at you," she told CBS. "It's like an Alfred Hitchcock thing."
