New Shakira Single Set for January with a new album is set to follow in early 2014!!
The title of the single and the album are currently unknown -- though Shakira confirmed on Twitter Dec. 8 that she has shot a video for the song with director Joseph Kahn (Mariah Carey and Miguel's "#Beautiful," Eminem & Rihanna's "Love the Way You Lie").

The singer is currently in the studio, after a season as coach on NBC's "The Voice," to which she is slated to return in spring 2014.

Shakira appeared on the network's "Today" show yesterday (Dec. 16) to talk about her favorite Christmas music (tropical, naturally) and giving back in the holiday season.
