The 10,000 square feet New York hotel offers rooms with full-size beds, DVD players and flat-screen TVs, as well as a doggie gym with a dog treadmill, a lounge, a spa, chauffeur services and a retail boutique.
It is Set to open in Manhattan's Chelsea neighbourhood next month, the plush accommodation aims to ensure man's best friend 'gets the same quality [hotel] as a human being does'.
Investor Shawn Hassanzadeh explained: "As a New Yorker, when you go on vacation, and you stay in a fabulous hotel with fabulous services, your dog is staying in a fabulous hotel with fabulous services."
