Miley Cyrus' stage setups have been the talk of the town since last year, but a crew member on her latest "Bangerz" tour is apparently having none of it.
According to TMZ (via Rolling Stone), Charles Sarris, who was hired to help build a giant tongue-esque slide protruding from a picture of Cyrus' winking face, has filed a lawsuit, claiming he was injured during the construction of the slide.
Sarris is suing ShowFx Inc., a Los Angeles-based company that was commissioned to create the prop, stating that he was injured last month after equipment and tools provided to construct the slide failed -- and that ShowFx didn't warn him of the potential dangers involved with his job.
In turn, Sarris is seeking unspecified damages for the incident.
Cyrus' "Bangerz" tour hasn't been without its controversy. As Pitchfork noted last month, Sky Ferreira, the tour's opener, was injured after falling during the first song in her set in Anaheim, Calif. Her injury required 60 stitches.
Cyrus has made no mention of the lawsuit on Twitter.
