is officially done with Los Angeles.
The "Pour It Up" singer has listed her mansion in the ritzy L.A. neighborhood of Pacific Palisades for $14.995 million.
Although the 11,000 sq ft., 7-bed, 8-bath property sits behind a private and gated driveway, it's no surprise that RiRi is ready to ditch her party pad.
In February 2013, an intruder was arrested for breaking into what he thought was the singer's house (he crept into her neighbor's home instead by accident). Rihanna ended up getting a restraining order against the obsessed fan, Steveland Barrow, who allegedly slept in the bed he believed was the singer's.
Eight months later, Rihanna's home was targeted again while she was on tour, but the burglars were stopped before entering.
Crazy fans aside, RiRi's modern mansion comes with some great amenities.
According to the listing on Redfin, the estate features a gourmet chef's kitchen, extravagant living and dining rooms with 14-foot ceilings and walls of glass, and a luxurious master suite with double-sided fireplace and spa-like bath.
