Bieber is heading to the United Arab Emirates on May 4, 2013 to spread what has become known as "Beiber Fever," performing in front of a crowd of 20,000 at the Dubai Rugby Sevens Stadium during his Believe World Tour.
Bieber's performance has been set up by the same events company which will bring Jennifer Lopez to Dubai in November.
