Taylor Swift sings along while a young leukemia patient plays the piano to the tune of Adele's hit song "Someone Like You" during a children's hospital visit on Sunday (August 3) in Boston, Mass.

The 24-year-old country singer popped in the boy's room and saw that he had a keyboard so she asked what he had been working on. He just so happened to be practicing the Adele song!

"That was so great. That was beautiful," Taylor told the boy after they played together. "You killed that. I love that you wrote it out. That's really amazing. You have a great understanding of it."
