    Kelly Osbourne nailed the expensive look at the Emmy Awards on Sunday, but it wasn't her dress that had people talking - it was her $250,000 manicure.

    The 27-year-old announced that she was "so excited & honoured" to be wearing the most expensive nail polish in the world, by Los Angeles-based luxury jeweller Azature.
