    09 september 2014
According to the legendary actor's mother, Jackie Stallone, the Rocky actor has spent the last few months working on a script that will revolve around his upbringing and his Hollywood career. He also plans to direct the biopic too.

"Sylvester is doing the story of his life, his own biography," Jackie explained. "He's got Rambo V to film and he'll be going to Budapest to begin the Expendables 4- so he's filming his biopic in between."

Stallone's path to movie stardom would certainly make an interesting watch. Not only were parts of his face paralyses after complications during his birth, but at the age of 16 he was forced to drop out of school by his mother due to his poor grades, and he then got a summer job at her beauty salon.

Even his first starring role was peculiar, as it was an a soft core porn film entitled The Party at Kitty and Stud's. Stallone has gone on to admit that he only took the part because he had just turned homeless after he was evicted from his apartment, and he had even been forced to sleep inside New York's Port Authority Bus Terminal for three weeks.

Stallone later revealed, "It was either do that movie or rob someone, because I was at the end - the very end - of my rope." The actor then followed this up with a starring role in an erotic off-Broadway play called Score, before he finally started to star in a number of more reputed films that included Woody Allen's Bananas and opposite Jack Lemmon in The Prisoner of Second Avenue.
