Shocking footage of an innocent toddler being encouraged to drag on a cigarette as his thoughtless minders laugh in the background has sparked outrage online.
The stomach-turning video - uploaded by a user in Macedonia - appeared on the LiveLeak website and shows the fresh-faced boy holding a lit cigarette.
Several times the confused kid tries to give back the smoking fag but the unseen adults in the background spur him on to take a drag as the tobacco stick burns between his tiny fingers.
The baffled boy even sticks the cigarette up his nose at one point, much to the amusement of his irresponsible guardians.
The two-minute film has quickly gone viral as hundreds have filled comment sections with condemnation for the people looking after the child.
