The body art enthusiast only gets inkings on the left side of her body - and it seems she might be running out of room.
Gaga shared a video/pictures on Instagram which showed her having her latest design etched onto her armpit.
The singer's new tattoo is a tribute to her fans, and has a paisley design in purple ink across her underarm, with the words 'Mother Monster' below it.
Mother Monster is Gaga's nickname for herself - while her legion of admirers are known as her Little Monsters, a phrase she already has inked onto her arm.
The 28-year-old decided to get the new body art on Tuesday night because it marked the fifth anniversary of the release of The Fame Monster, the reissue of her debut album The Fame.

'Happy Birthday The Fame Monster,' Gaga wrote alongside the close-up video.
She also shared a photo which showed her topless, while protecting her modesty with her arm, as friend and tattoo artist Eric Gonzalez got to work, and captioned the shot: 'Monster4Lfe.'
Gaga is currently in the UK where she threw a party on Monday night at Manchester's All Star Lanes to celebrate the upcoming finale of her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball in Paris later this week.
