Anne Hathaway is in awe of Amal Clooney. The actress was compared to George Clooney's beautiful bride during an interview with Extra this week, and her delight was evident as she praised the accomplished human rights lawyer.
"You do bear a resemblance to the striking Amal Clooney, has anyone ever told you that?" host Tracey Edmonds asked Anne.
"I've never heard that, but thank you," the 32-year-old star replied. "That's so going to be the best thing that happens to me today."
She continued: "I hope that one day I become half the woman she is, she is so accomplishedand it's so thrilling to look at someone and say, 'Wow, you're really making the world a better place.'"
Anne is currently busy promoting her new film, Song One. The Oscar-winner not only stars in the indie drama, but she and her husband Adam Shulman also produced it.
