Kim Kardashian's book Selfish includes a number of sexy selfies, but it was originally going to be even sexier.

Yep, the E! star reveals to E! News' Catt Sadler during our exclusive interview that she actually edited a lot of racy photos out of the book, because she ultimately decided she didn't want to go "too crazy."

"Probably one of the sexier ones," Kim tells Catt when asked which selfie is her favorite from the entire book. "I like that section the best. There was a lot I had to edit out of there. I decided not to go too nude, because I didn't wanna go too crazy."

When Sadler referenced one of Kim's more titillating pictures in the collection, the E! star explained, "There was only one photo that was topless. The rest were suggestive."[eonline]
