A Recent report by the (OECD) Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, on the
population and their basic skills in different countries in the world  focuses on the importance
of education systems in the economic industry in the long run.

Organization conducted a comparison between the 76 countries for the classification of the most
intelligent countries in the world.

Nine Arab countries which included the classification that considers as a middle-income
or high states. Jordan finished forth Arab country near Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman
and UAE United Arab Emirates to be the most intelligent of them all (45 in the General classification),
and then came Bahrain 57, 2nd place while Lebanon came 3rd place 58.
Morocco came in last place among the Arab countries 73.

It is worth mentioning that the report did not mention the poorest Arab countries that include Iraq and Egypt.
