1. They fit great in the morning, but by the end of the day, they are saggy
Solution: Shorts that are stretchy will hold their shape much better than those that are not stretchy.
2. They leave your butt hanging out in the back. Sometimes while walking you feel that the short is too revealing.
Solution: Either stick with choosing a longer style or go up a size so the shorts fit across your butt more comfortably and then have them taken in at the waist by a tailor. That way they won't be squishing your butt down and out of the leg holes.
3. Two words: thigh-chafing (rubbing)
Solution: The most straightforward solution to thigh-chafing is wearing longer shorts. Choose a style that is fitted through the leg to minimize the rubbing.
4. They keep rolling up All shorts end up riding up, a certain is inevitable. Sometimes the shorts are too tight they create the so- called "Camel toe".
Solution: if your shorts are riding up too much and getting stuck, you may want to consider something a little looser.
5. One side seems to ride up more than the other
Solution: It could be that the shorts are not perfectly symmetrical, so one leg is tighter/longer than the other. Or it might just feel like they are not symmetrical because your legs are slightly different sizes, or you take slightly longer steps with one leg than the other. If it makes you feel uncomfortable you may want to try a different style or length.
6. They are making exposing your muffin top
Solution: Choose high-waisted shorts for a smoother silhouette.
7. The front gets wrinkled every time you sit down
Solution: Wrinkles are unavoidable, but they are much less noticeable if you stick to thicker, textured fabrics like lace or denim.
8. Your underwear shows through.
Solution: The next time you are shopping for light-colored anything, keep in mind that transparency is often a combination of delicate fabrics and a too-tight fit, so the tighter something is, the thicker you want the fabric to be to keep it from becoming see-through.
9. Those cute little silky shorts just end up looking like pajamas.
This new trend of loose fit silky basic or printed shorts is comfortable but do not suit everyone.
Solution: You'll look less like you stepped out of the house in lingerie if you avoid pastels and lingerie looking shorts.
