Isa-Bella Leclair is a 19 year old young woman who suffers from a condition that affects her right leg so it swells more than average. She has Parks Weber Syndrome and because of her illness, she can'st practice any sport and can never wear tight bottoms.
Last month, Isa-Bella's leg attended 17 kg of weight and still, she managed to win the crown to become Miss Campbellton 2015. The young woman tends to work on self-esteem rather than looks. In addition, she works on sharing her experience with the world.
Isa-Bella says: "My condition does not represent me and I will not let her forbid me from wearing nice dresses or swimsuits." She adds: "For me, Self Esteem is the most important of all because when people see others confident about who they are, even if they suffer from a sort of handicap, they will look at them not with pity but with admiration.
