Ben Affleck has been named the Entertainer of the Year by bosses at US publication Entertainment Weekly; The star and director of Argo has rightfully earned a lot of acclaim from his film.
The actor-turned filmmaker was chosen by the experts for his outstanding performance, as an actor in and director of Argo- which received rave reviews and has become a favourite to land the Best Picture gold at the 2013 Academy Awards.
The dual role of actor/director is a tough one to fill and not everyone can cut it, but Ben Affleck has done just that, twice now, and is officially a force to be reckoned with in Hollywood.
