Beirut has always been and continues to be the Middle East's Party Capital. People from around the world have heard about Lebanon's crazy and luxurious nightlife. However, every country has some traditions that make it special and unique. Here are some incidents and things that happen in almost every night club across Lebanon:
1. A One man show - a man with a "kirish" singing the same songs over and over again
(Gheirik Ma Bekhtar, Deni Zghireh, illi bit2assir tanoura...)
2. Most of the girls look the same
(Nose jobs, boob jobs, silicon lips, excessive make up, perfect hairdos...)
3. Huge bouncers at the entrance
(Buff bold men with black t-shirts standing with a poker face look)
4. Fights (Every clubbing experience must include a fight of some sort and it usually revolves around weird eye contacts/comments)
5. No matter what the song is We love to DABKE
(With alcohol in our systems, people begin to jump around like crazy and show off our traditions :P )
6. Because drinking is cool, Drunk and tipsy people are found everywhere...
(Dancing on the tables - hitting on random people)
7. Paying the valet parking fee even if you park the car yourself 2 blocks away from the club.
8. Trusting your Valet parking but in fact they tour with your car and get it back at the end of the night scratched or with less gas.
9. Overpriced alcohol that is sometimes not authentic; having a bunch of bottles on your table (although most are unopened) becomes a show off game of who has more!
10. Girls in tiny skirts and short tops (you know because being slutty is in style nowadays)
11. Crying your eyes out because of the Smoke & fogginess inside the club
12. Girls wearing abnormally tall Heels
(They can't even walk in and end up taking them off in the middle of the night and dancing in flats or bare foot.)
13. Towards the end of the night, people start popping champagne bottles
(so if you did not have many bottles on your table earlier, here is your chance to prove yourself and open as many champagne bottles as possible)
14. Couples who are deeply in love and are all over each other think that no one can see them (Well guess what, we can see you so Go get a room!)
15. Female restroom always full with girls taking Bathroom Selfies..
