Al Balad online got pictures of an old Lebanese citizen probably diagnosed with Alzheimer after she was seen blocking traffic in Hamra sitting on cars after pushing aside the officer at “Bank of Lebanon” sign.
Citizens gathered trying to help the old lady but she refused and kept walking.
