Aside from a very attractive woman who has allegedly stolen the heart of Leonardo DiCaprio, Kelly Rohrbach is Hollywood's most notorious bachelor and cad-about-town, and sealed the deal with a proposal.

Leo reportedly popped the question over an Italian meal (we assume it wasn't Pizza Express). "It wasn't planned. It just happened. They were enjoying a bottle of red wine and engrossed in conversation as usual," reports an OK! mole.

Rohrbach is said to share eco-activist DiCaprio's "passion for tackling social issues like global warming and world poverty." What's more, "They connect on an intellectual level, which is new for him." Because apparently he's normally just really shallow. "She's much more than a pretty face."

Indeed she is. The 25-year-old, who originates from Connecticut, attended Georgetown University where she studied 'Theatre' and was so good at golf (yes, golf) that she was recruited to the Division 1 women's golf team.
