Taylor Swift's new Beverly Hills mansion has some serious style. It also has a Hollywood pedigree befitting its $25 million price tag.

This 1930s-era home was previously owned by Samuel Goldwyn (who died in 1974) and his family, the same Goldwyn who put the "G" in MGM. The home, which stayed in the Goldwyn family for two generations, was originally listed for $27.995 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. So it seems Swift got a good deal on the two-acre property.
