KOHAR Symphony Orchestra and Choir, gathered more than 9,000 spectators over four consecutive evenings at Forum De Beyrouth in Beirut from October 29, 2015 until November 1, 2015. Audiences from different countries and cultures were given the chance to live a unique Armenian musical experience, broadcast live on various Armenian channels around the world.
Organized by ICE International Events, Lebanon based Event Company owned by Nathalie Rahal and Chadi Fayad, the concerts competed worldwide performances, delighting the audience with a special lighting system designed by Roger Bakhos, Owner of LA Production and LED technology by Pietro Hajj, Owner of Visuwalls, and a sound system engineered by Chadi Akiki, Owner of CKA Production.
Mr. Harout Khatchadourian, Founder of KOHAR, has achieved his goal behind these concerts in spreading the Armenian culture worldwide, as well as commemorating the centennial of the Armenian Genocide.
On this occasion, Sevag Seropian, CEO of KOHAR, expressed his pride and joy in regards to the evenings' accomplishments, explaining, "Our true success lies in our support for the Armenian culture and education, and by allocating all the proceeds of this year's concerts to 100 Lebanese students of Armenian origin to help pursue their studies and ensure a fruitful future."
