Kim Kardashian was caught Photoshopping a recent picture she posted on Instagram.

According to Elite Daily, the 35-year-old Queen of Selfies had uploaded an altered image of her and Kanye West that was taken during Kendall Jenner's 20th birthday bash. It would've probably gone unnoticed if the untouched photo hadn't been accidently posted on Kardashian's Facebook page the same day. Whoops.

Though the original picture was quickly deleted, fast and crafty fans were able to save the image and point out the subtle differences.

Just take a look at the gif below. Clearly there were changes made to Kardashian's neck and hair; however, the alterations weren't anything crazy ... or necessary.
