It looked like Bill Cosby, 78, would get away with the multiple accusations of rape and violent sexual assault. But, it seems Bill will finally have to answer for his alleged crimes, as the comedian was finally formerly charged with sexual assault in the first degree.

A warrant for Bill's arrest was issued on Dec. 30, reports People. During a press conference, Montgomery County District Attorney Elect Kevin Steele confirmed that Bill was charged with "aggravated indecent assault," a felony, over a 2004 incident.

Lawyers for Bill declined to comment on the case before the official announcement, reports the Associated Press. Bill has said, under oath, that he had consensual sexual contact with Andrea and that he did not rape or assault her.
