IT APPEARS that Justin Bieber has made his relationship with Hailey Baldwin Instagram official.

The 21-year-old singer shared a photo of himself locking lips with the 19-year-old model, who is the daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin.

It's believed the photo was taken at a New Year's Eve party in St. Barts, where, according to TMZ, the young couple were "sucking face for everyone to see at the bar".

Bieber and Baldwin spent New Year's holidaying in the Caribbean with the pop star's family, and they're not the only famous couple who headed there to enjoy the sunshine.

Bieber and Baldwin have been friends for more than five years, but this is the first sign that their friendship has progressed into a romance.
