Egyptian superstar Sherine Abdel Wahab performed at a charity concert on Friday night all in aid of cancer research.

The starlet sang a collection of her best hits at The Voice Against Cancer concert, an annual event held by the "Breast -Gynecological International Cancer Society."

At the end of the event, Sherine did the noble thing and donated her $35 thousand diamond ring to the charity.

Sherine also took out some time to have her picture taken on stage with one of the attendees, a cancer patient, as it were.
