    Either it's a breakup, or any problem we face, we should always remember to stay happy and think about the positive aspects of our lives. It's never too late to start over. If you weren't happy with yesterday, try something different today. Don't stay stuck. Do better. After all, life is not that easy, but wouldn't you rather get out of it smiling and fulfilled than sad and depressed? No matter what you're facing, remember these 7 reasons to be happy right away:

     

     

     

    1-You have people in your life who love you unconditionally: Close your eyes and think about the most important people in your life. You wouldn't trade their smiles for anything in the world right? Same for them! Smile to make them happy and think about how much they make you happy.

     

     

     

     

    2-Life is unpredictable: You will never know what tomorrow will bring. So don't wait till tomorrow to be happy! Choose today and make the best out of it because it's not like you can re-live your life and start over. You only live once so make effort to live it perfectly happy.

     

     

     

     

    3-You are more productive when you're happy: Ever noticed someone depressed and successful? The answer is "NO" of course! Who would you rather be? The optimistic, happy, and driven or the person who spends his energy complaining, and venting about how his life isn't fair? Think about it: the more you're happy, the more you're productive!

     

     

     

     

    4-Good always trumps Evil: The world needs more of those smiling then those who are constantly nagging about how life is unfair and about poverty and terrorism (etc...) The actions of one happy person can create a ripple effect that can literally change the world. So be the change you wish to create. Choose happiness!

     

     

     

     

    5-You're alive: What would you do if you knew this was your last day on earth? You'd make an effort to spend time with those you love most! You would try as much as you can to relax, laugh and live right? Think about it as a way to be happy and enjoy the days of your life as if each one was the last.

     

     

     

     

    6-A happy relationship starts with two happy people: When you are both happy and healthy, your relationship is more happy and healthy. You wouldn't want to spend your lifetime with someone who constantly cries about how miserable life is, and whomever chooses to enter a relationship with you feels the same way!

     

     

     

     

    7-Happy people are healthier: Do you want to be fit and healthy? Happiness is the key! Happy people tend exercise more and they are usually much more health-conscious than unhappy people. So choose to be healthy, choose to be happy!
