It seems that not a day goes by without the reveal of another artist coming to perform in the UAE. This week alone we have announced Wiz Khalifa, Rick Ross and French Montana - and now we have another one for you!
For fans of opera will be ecstatic to discover that Andrea Bocelli will debut his new world tour right here in Abu Dhabi.
The 'Cinema World Tour' is scheduled to take place on the 22nd April at the Du Arena, Yas Island and will promote Bocelli's fifteenth studio album Cinema - a collection of movie theme songs re-interpreted in Bocelli's classical style.
"I'm fulfilling a wish that I've harbored for decades. I've never made a secret of my dream of bringing to life a recording project associated with soundtracks, as I truly believe that it's an exceptional artistic treasure trove" said Bocelli.
The Abu Dhabi date marks the Italian tenor's third performance in the capital and residents will know his work as an accompaniment to the Dubai Fountains.
