Kanye West is not the father of Kim Kardashian's baby, at least not according to the state of California.
Since Kardashian and Kris Humphries are still married, California law says Humphries is legally the father of Kardashian's baby.
Kardashian and Humphries are scheduled for a divorce hearing on February 15. By then, she will be in her second trimester of pregnancy.
California law says Humphries is legally responsible for child support, joint custody and all that goes along with raising a child . . . Kanye West's child.
