The condition of the seven time Formula One World Champion has been under lock and key since he suffered a traumatic brain injury in a skiing accident in 2013.
But recently, German magazine Bunte has claimed the 47-year-old can walk again following a lengthy rehabilitation period.
But his camp have moved quickly to rubbish the claims – and have taken the publication to court.
During a hearing on Friday, Mr Schumacher’s lawyer presented concrete updates on the driver’s health.
He bluntly told the court: "He cannot walk."
And fuelling fire to the flames that the German is paralysed, he added that Schumacher could not even walk with the aid of therapists.[Express]
