A 9 month old baby girl saved on MEA flight from Riyadh to Beirut by the vigilance of MEA Captain and crew.
On june 3rd as the aircraft became detached from the terminal and ready to move from Riyadh to Beirut, a 9 month old baby girl turned blue and lost consciousness.
The cabin crew immediately informed the captain, Walid Yassine, who declared an emergency with air traffic control asking for a medical team and ambulance .
The Captain, knowing time is crucial in this situation, immediately opened the aircraft door shout and waved the gate in
Emergency services and the doctor boarded and tended to the baby girl call who safely recovered. It turned out she was suffering from a seizure .
The mother of the baby also panicked and went to an asthmatic attack . she was also tended to and recovered. The flight later took off to Beirut where both mother and daughter were in good condition. The mother kept thanking MEA captain and crew for saving her daughter.
