Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly welcomed twins, a boy and a girl, via a surrogate.
According to Portuguese TV channel SIC, the babies were born on Thursday (June 8) and are called Eva and Mateo.
There has been no official confirmation from the footballer or his agents, but a number of Portuguese media outlets are reporting that Ronaldo has added to his family.
The superstar sportsman shocked fans in 2010 when he announced the birth of his son, Cristiano Jr, who is now six years of age. He was also born via a surrogate.
Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show previously Ronaldo said he has no problem with his son growing up without a mum.
"For me it is not a problem. I will say in the world, many kids don't have mum, don't have dads or dads die or mums die... Cristiano has a dad, an unbelievable dad.
"[He has] a grandmother, I have the support of my family, great of course. It will be like, 'why don't you [say?]'. Listen, some points in life it's private and people have to respect the privacy of other people."
Ronaldo is currently in a relationship with Spanish model Georgina Rodriguez.[rte.]
