Forbes has released the names of the world's highest-paid magicians of 2017. The wealth list is as magical as the tricks of the magicians and you will be floored to know their earnings. So, get over Houdini, these new age magicians are all set to bowl you over not just with their spectacular illusions, but their wealth as well. However, It is surprising how no single female solo has made it to the list of highest-paid magicians. Here are the world's highest paid magicians: (Reuters)
1.At the top of the list is David Copperfield who had made it to the top of the Forbes list in 2016 as well. Copperfield has approximately earned $61.5 million pretax in the 12 months to June. He mints millions from exclusive tours and concerts on Musha Cay, his private-island resort. Copperfield owns 11 private islands in the Bahamas.

2.Penn & Teller has taken the second place with earnings of $30.5 million. Penn Jillette and the mononymous Teller also recently wrapped up the fourth season of their magic competition series Penn & Teller: Fool Us.

3.A&E star Criss Angel is at the third position with $14.5 million. Combined, the world’s eight highest-paid magic acts earned $147 million between June 1, 2016, and June 1 before paying the management fee and taxes.

4.The Illusionists is at number four with $ 11.5 million. It is a touring group of performers with several women in the cast.

4.Dynamo with $ 9 million is in the fifth position. The English magician's earnings dropped after his Seeing is Believing tour.
