OPRAH Winfrey has topped the Forbes list of most-influential celebrities of 2013 for the second year running.
Forty-eight per cent of people rated Winfrey, 59, as "influential," according to the magazine's survey this year.
Despite her career change, Winfrey is down only one point from last year's rating and her "prime-time" ratings at OWN are up 17 percent according to Nielsen.
