Chef Antoine was spotted yesterday rummaging in a garbage bin, and while closely observing the video that was shared online we can see him carefully choosing trays of what can only seem like thrown out fresh vegetables. He explained that he was preparing the take the large quantity of food to the garden next to his villa where he plants the vegetables as well as feeds the animals on his property. The chef continued to state that each Saturday afternoon he goes to the grocery market to get the vegetables that aren’t fresh to take to his chickens and rabbits. This environmental attitude of the chef towards minimal waste of food can only be commended by the public, as he goes to lengths to put these leftover vegetables to good use.
